For folks who don't know me, I am the world's most active Amazon Seller Forums contributor with almost 40000 posts as a whole, known beneath the username Kika (in Europe) and AngelicPretty (in the USA).
I have already been selling on the webpage since senior school and since I dedicated my entire life to helping the Seller Community without expecting anything in return.
Other Amazon sellers are like a family group to me, I spend all my free time assisting them whenever I am needed, regardless of the hour of the day.
I never turned them down and you wouldn't hear me saying one bad word about anyone or even Amazon, regardless of the circumstances. I usually promoted their values and communicated with my peers in the most respectful and polite manner.
Despite all my dedication and effort, I have been a defenseless victim of cruel unprovoked abuse, cyberbullying and harassment from several users on the site (who are all in the age of my grandparents), which left me feeling suicidal.
Since all my desperate requests for help addressed to Amazon moderators responsible for the forums were ignored for months, I kept complaining about them singling me out and not taking any action about the numerous well-coordinated aggressors who couldn't tolerate my presence on the site.
Eventually, on 11.November the main Amazon Forums moderator Susan (SeaMod) decided to eliminate the specific situation by mercilessly permanently banning me on the UK and US forum without giving me reasons or any option to dispute the action and placing a seriously defamatory message on my profile, despite I never violated the guidelines in any way, while allowing all the users who have been abusing me for months to keep on the site.
In just a hour next happened, I had been in a taxi to the Vienna airport, that was then followed closely by a journey to London where in actuality the Amazon Europe Headquarters are based.
While 1000s of outraged Amazon sellers are protesting what happened, the forum moderators involved are attempting to hide all evidence by immediately removing any content criticizing them and issuing a ban to the writer, silencing all attempts of the city to aid me on the Amazon site or expose their actions, which seriously violate the organization values.
I will do my best to attain justice, clear my Amazon sellers have a voice too name after the misery that was enforced on me without any explanation and return back to the community.
Unfortunately, the legal fees and additional expenses are already hitting tens of thousands of pounds and I am expecting them to only increase.
Since a lot of you reached out if you ask me that you'd be willing to support me via a GoFundMe page, I decided to offer it a take to, despite I am normally not a person who wants anything but alternatively gives.
This isn't about money at all, as I know that I'm not going to boost enough to cover my expenses and there are more important causes which Amazon sellers have a voice too need financial support, not me. But we have to show Amazon what is happening on their site.
Maybe you'll read this story and say how I'm wasting my time and I would simply find an alternative thing to do, but everyone has their hobbies and this 1 is an essential one for me. In my leisure time, not in the internet I'm volunteering a great deal, helping people where I can. Also, how could it be right for the bullies to have the ability to get away making use of their actions?
If it had been so easy, I could have contacted Amazon and shown all of them the evidence of abuse I have, however the company is unreachable and doesn't offer sellers any official channels how to touch base for help.
I want to get the option to personally meet an Amazon representative of the Executive Seller Relations department, who will listen in my experience and review the whole matter, as this affects I won’t give up the entire seller community.
I realize that Amazon may be the world's most popular company and I am only a powerless girl, but I'm not stopping and I will do everything possible to possess things made right.
